Introducing 'Oceania' a bespoke handmade Mermaid Halo Crown. The headband will be a great hair accessory to add a wow factor to your outfit for any occasion, including festivals like Tomorrowland and Burning Man, Weddings, Birthdays and Halloween. This Mermaid Halo would be an excellent addition for photography or make-up artists. The Oceania headpiece is made from cable ties, hand-painted blue, and adorned with, glitter, beads, and rhinestones.
